Upcoming Workshops & Events
Lend your voices, your ears, and your hearts in creating a light filled vibrational harmony to offset these turbulent times! Facilitated by musicians Jack and Soorya Ray Resels and friends, this will be a time of playful celebration to lift hearts, minds, and spirit through singing simple chants for all to sing. No experience required!
A special 2 hour moon yin class with Harmony Shire Davison. The class will focus on balancing the body's fascia head to toe, wringing out the body, and creating space with breath. Take time to marinate intentions in long deep holds. There will be time to sip and nibble at the end to allow the body time to re-enter the world anew.
The Well is excited to host this open lecture with guest teacher and sannyasin from the Okanogan, Shivani Howe. Shivani has dedicated her life to her yoga practice, which includes not only personal sadhana but also a life of service to others. She is the founder of Ishtadev Niwas Yoga Centre in Tata Creek, British Columbia, the non-profit Living Yoga Society, and co-owner operator of Ishtadev Niwas Farm. She travels to give lectures periodically and we were lucky to get her to make a stop on Bowen on this west coast tour. Click below for details >>
