Based on the work of Vanda Scaravelli, this 2 hour masterclass will shed light on the often over looked or misunderstood concept of how we create traction and space in our spine through asana. This class will give any practitioner (from beginner to advanced) an opportunity to learn how to continuously be curious about their practice and observe changes in their bodies through forward, back and side bending.
We will explore the key elements to being connected, steady and balanced in twists and inversions. Learn valuable techniques that support safety and sustainability while continuing to evolve your practice and move through your limitations. Minimum 6 month practice required.
