In this two-hour workshop, learn the basic science, philosophy and practice of meditation with yoga and mindfulness instructor, Jen Lafferty. Create a daily personal practice, sit in ease, and bring balance, concentration, strength and calm into your body and your (and your family’s) life!
No experience necessary (and you don't need to be able to sit cross legged to practice mindfulness!).
