2 Hour Yin Yoga Donation Class for Homeless & Abused Animals in Need
This is an evening of deep relaxation, introspection, diving into your body, and understanding where your inner tensions lie.
During this two hour Yin class, we will discuss the energy meridians, the facial system, modifications and adjustments for your body, and most of all BREATH. The practice of Yin Yoga focuses on long holds, stillness, and conscious breath. It is a scientific approach to yoga asana and specifically targets the opening of soft tissue. Although we will be practicing quieting the body, you will quickly discover that Yin Yoga is very deep and challenging.
Your generous donations will go towards supporting The Missy Foundation which was formed in 1992 with the purpose of making a difference in the lives of homeless, and abused animals in need, wherever they may be. Every living entity has the right to warm shelter and good food, but most importantly, they have the right to be wanted and loved. They have the right to be a special, much loved member of their own family.
