Are you ready?
Forget the misconceptions about yoga. Yoga is a powerful practice to improve your fitness, mood, concentration, breath, stress, anxiety, self-acceptance, perception, and so much more. You don’t need to be flexible or have yoga experience. This class is based in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, meaning it is the yoga of awareness, to discover the best version of you. Bridget will guide you, and provide tools for self-care, to maintain a healthy mind and body.
This class is for anyone aged 13 to 19. It is proven that teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed and do better in school—good reasons to join, not to mention the fact that you’ll get at least 10min of relaxation in every class. Classes will be tailored for the individual students who join the 10 week pre-registered sessions.
