I was drawn to yoga over 15 years ago for its many benefits. I received a BA from UBC in anthropology with a focus on East Indian religion and philosophy and in 2009 was certified 200 YTT. I continue to learn from yoga and have studied with many master teachers, Sean Corn, Kenny Grahm, Chris Chavez, Noah Maze and Michael Stone to name a few. I believe in the power of yoga to create positive change in body and mind through encouraging strength, focus, balance, flexibility and openness.
Quite simply, yoga makes me feel good and it is a pleasure to share it with students who stand taller and feel better.
