Sarah Sutherland, RYT 200

A dancer since the age of 3, her curious nature, creativity and love of movement naturally lead her to yoga. She has been on the mat for 12yrs now and continues to be humbled by the power of yoga and the fruits of its teachings.

Sarah trained at the Yoga Therapy Centre in London, England and the Saltspring Centre of Yoga where she received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certification. She went on to study Prenatal and Mom & Baby yoga with Teresa Campbell, Prenatal Yoga with Janice Clarfield, and Kids Yoga with Maala.

As a teacher, Sarah's goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can deepen their awareness and explore the joys of both movement and stillness. She brings a playful, down-to-earth and accessible vibe to her classes and loves the sense of community and interconnectedness that yoga cultivates.
