Happy people are generally found to be healthy, sociable, flexible, creative, resilient, tolerant, and have a great capacity for love and forgiveness. The pursuit of happiness is a noble one and it can be contagious. It is interesting that something so simple remains so elusive for so many. True happiness is not related to pleasure or consumption, but is a by-product of love, meaning, and connection.
The happy sessions are based on every individual’s deep inner need for growth, unconditional love and self-realisation. The weekend is designed to dive deep in the soul of your being, question what has been guiding your life so far, and make clear choices that support a higher purpose of existence. During this weekend program you will:
- learn ways to tap into the creative dimensions of your being (Be)
- find how to connect with your own unlimited source of happiness (Feel)
- practice techniques for releasing limiting patterns located in the body (Think)
- connect with what is deeply meaningful to you and find ways to put it into action in your life (Do)
To do so, we will look at different models of understanding from the wisdom traditions of Vedanta and Huna as well as the new research in epigenetics and positive psychology. We will use:
- guided meditations and visualisations
- mantras and inductions
- art (writing, drawing, stage)
- breathing techniques
- inquiry and contemplation
- authentic conversations
Tuition: $350; Payment plans available, please contact us for details.
