The transition to being a mother can be challenging and isolating for even the most “ready” and resourced woman. Reflecting and integrating our experience can help avoid prolonged mental/emotional health challenges, and free us up to be in authentic and healthy relationship with our selves, babies and partners. We will use mindfulness practices and art materials to explore and express:
- Learn practical tools for attending to your inner world even with minimal free-time
- Slow down, relax, tune in, explore and digest your experience of mama land so far
Note: Babies get to stay at home. This is mama time.
