Toddler Yoga, with Saskia Tait and her 18-month old daughter, Annika, is a special class series designed for mobile babies and toddlers up to 3 years old (who must attend together with a caregiver). Using songs and rhymes alongside plenty of movement and stretching, this yoga class is designed to support the transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression through movement. Join us for an invigorating morning of Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) and Yoga on the Pier at Snug Cove, every Sunday in July and August (no classes August 3rd and 31st). We will "SUP" from 9:00-9:45, and end our session with 45 minutes of yoga on the pier at Snug Cove.

The course will cover the basic guiding principles of the Clinical Psychology of Children and Young People and illustrate how theories of psychological development can be applied in understanding children and young people's mental health and well being within a wider societal and cultural context. We will also discuss current psychological models of prevention and treatment for Children and Young People.
