8 Week Pre-Registered Series
Join Soorya Ray Resels weekly for a 75 minute awareness based class that includes asana, movement of the physical body; pranayama, subtle body breath movement; ending with seated meditation or shavasana, lying in prone position on the mat.
Come to stretch, train your body to breathe, come into stillness. Leave feeling both relaxed and energized so you can bring yourself fully into the rest of your day.
We will explore what it is to embody this practice on and off the mat.
