Kundalini (awareness) yoga brings immediate benefits, helping you balance the mind, body and spirit. Classes are dynamic and powerful stimulating the nervous, glandular, and immune systems. Each class starts with a mantra to center ourselves, warm up exercises, a set of yoga postures with a purpose (kriya), meditation, and relaxation.
Kundalini yoga is suitable for people of all age groups, flexibility levels and experience. Private classes are also available.
