A special 2 hour new moon yin class with Harmony Shire Davison. The class will focus on balancing the body's fascia head to toe, wringing out the body, and creating space with breath. Take time to marinate intentions in long deep holds.
There will be time to sip and nibble at the end to allow the body time to re-enter the world anew.
