1 Day Mindfulness Retreat

Experienced instructors bring decades of mindfulness meditation and study and practice will help you navigate the challenges that commonly arise in the practice of meditation. The two wings of developing a solid, grounded mindfulness practice- view and experience- will be explored. Suitable for any level of experience.
