Through the yogas of participation we learn to release social patterning and traumas and develop more self acceptance, love and forgiveness. How a personal practice is different than a studio practice
Principles of Hatha Yoga: yoga of participation
5 principles of Heart of Yoga personal practice
10-30 minute practice that you can personalize
Principles of asana, bandha, pranayama and meditation
To restore harmony in our own bodies and in relationships through our daily yoga practice

Brooke is a counsellor and yogi and a strong advocate for the benefits of yoga on healing trauma and relationships both professionally and personally. She experienced a personal transformation after receiving “Heart of Yoga” training and is passionate about sharing these principles with others. Brooke creates a nurturing space for self-exploration and inquiry where we are free to experience the utter beauty that is always in us, as us.
Brooke has Masters in Social Work and is registered with the BC College of Social Workers. She has 200 hour yoga certification , 200 hour “Heart of Yoga” certification as well as training in trauma-informed yoga, and yoga for anxiety and depression.
