COST: $10 DROP IN, OR USE YOUR 5, 10, OR 20-CLASS PASS

* Please check out online calendar for updates re: potential relocation of the class from the Pier to The Well (589 Artisan Lane, in upper Artisan Square) due to unsupportive weather conditions. 

Sweat & Stretch is a yoga-inspired fitness class, pulling together top fitness principles and the best of yoga asana (postures) to build total body strength, increase flexibility, and develop greater body awareness.

This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior fitness or yoga experience is required.

Please bring your own mat; a set of light dumbbells is optional.
