A Yin & Ecstatic Yoga Workshop

Breathe. Dance. Transform.

"Shake away your fears, lose your mind, and gain your soul!"

In this purely experiential workshop, we will be working with the healing powers of Yin & Ecstatic Yoga. Combining therapeutic elements of meditation, breath, & movement in a revolutionary, new way. The result - alchemy of freedom.

"The only way to it is through it."

Through the medium of Yin we will explore the emotional body. Delving into the healing dance of stillness, time, & playing with your edges. In this quiet space, we have the opportunity to witness what arises, both physically & emotionally - without judgement, without labels, without resistance. Enlightening to epic proportions, all you have to do is get out of your own way.

After the stillness comes the storm, and we take a bold leap to the other side of the colourful spectrum into the explosive world of Ecstatic Yoga. A contemporary style of yoga, which fuses dynamic yoga movements & powerful breath work with Ecstatic Dance & Brain Dance. The product is a revolutionary way to liberate the mind, release stored trauma, and create a union with spirit.

For radical transformation, change, & rebirth, old destructive patterns need to be released - literally shaken off - to create space for the new that serves you. Get ready to ignite your inner fire, and celebrate your primal power by embracing your humanity.

No dance or yoga experience is required and everyone is welcome!
Bringing a water bottle is recommended :)
