$60 for all 6 classes, or $12 drop in (class credits from the 20 class family pass may be used towards this class series).
Yoga can provide pre-teens with essential life tools such as self-esteem and confidence, inner and outer strength, attention and concentration, and heightened awareness of both oneself and others. Yoga is non-competitive, teaches self acceptance, healthy habits, calming techniques, and self awareness. All movement, and therefore yoga, is essential for fast-growing bodies.
We are thrilled to be offering a 6 week series for youth (ages 7-13), introducing basic postures and breathing exercises to cultivate the many benefits of yoga. Class will begin and end with short centring or ‘loving kindness’ meditation.
