Learn the the basics of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and begin a home practice. Kundalini Yoga as a practice is quite different then most yoga taught right now. Take this workshop to experience a different kind of yoga and for those already familiar to the practice refine your knowledge.
Each class of Kundalini Yoga includes mantra, posture, meditation and this workshop will teach some of the basics practiced in most or all classes. A general overview of the philosophy and history of Kundalini will be given.
For those interested, a 40 day home practice will be offered. Home practice will be approximately 15 minutes a day and bring the practice and benefit into one's daily life.

About the instructor
Qurban has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 20 years and has been a teacher for 17 years. His teaching style is both practical and down to earth with lots of humor added!
