Wake up to life through dialogue and community.
Join this bi-weekly process group, guided by Shahar Rabi, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, educator, and experienced group facilitator.
Exploring the Edges of Life invites exploration of human dynamics, meaning-making, happiness, and archetypal patterns to facilitate a deep exploration of ones inner life in the context of group exploration. The evenings will begin with guided movement (6:30-7pm), followed by guided art-based inquiry (e.g., write, move, act, paint, reflect, sing) (7-7:30pm), guided dialogue/ "group inner work" (8-9pm) and will close with a guided meditation (9-9:30pm).
This program is designed to provide a structure that will support a small community of participants to live into new and creative answers in the form of values, goals, commitments, and actions. The retreat will support you to have accountability to your vision through the support of co-participants. We will also take time to unpack and address shadow aspects of ourselves and how these play out and limit our lives.
