A women’s only 2-day offering of movement, meditation, critical thinking, and honest inquiry with Natalie Rousseau and Christine Price Clark. Join us for this special workshop series at Bowen Island Yoga this November.

STRONG: A practice to support us in resourcing our agency & our power so that we may more fully hold space for all the roles we play. Expect active hip opening, backbends & simple arm balancing postures.
Saturday Nov 28th 4-6:30pm
SIMPLE: A practice to support us in leaning into the conversation surrounding the topics of self-perception, expectation, and representation while exploring twists, forward bends and hip openers.
Sunday Nov 29th 12:30-3pm
SUSTAINABLE: A practice to support us in remembering that which is long lasting, that which is wise, and that which is true so that we may remain awake to what is! This will be a potpourri style class that moves with the breath.
Pricing: $100 plus GST for all 3 classes*

Accommodation on Bowen Island not included. All classes held at Bowen Island Yoga.
When you sign up you will be asked if you want to attend an optional group dinner on Saturday night (for an additional cost), please let us know if this interests you and we will organize it for those who can attend so we can have some extra time together outside the yoga classroom.
About Natalie & Christine...
Natalie Rousseau has been teaching throughout British Columbia since 2002 and now specializes in mentoring, yogic lifestyle coaching, and teacher training. She is a faculty member at the Vancouver School of Yoga, and is known for her deep knowledge and skilful articulation in the realms of ayurveda, earth base spirituality, herbal medicine, whole food nutrition, mythology and the written word.
Christine Price-Clark began studying yoga in New York City in 2001 and is a former certified Anusara® yoga teacher. Christine’s classes are an artful blend of strong, rhythmic asana and purposeful, creative sequencing; all in a fiercely loving atmosphere. Her teaching reflects a deep embrace of the heart and a playful delight for the body. Christine is the lead teacher and program director for the 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Vancouver School of Yoga.
