Sunday January 4, 1-3 PM
Celebrate the return of the light and the gentle emergence from post holiday celebration. Practice in this sacred suspension before “ordinary time” resurfaces. Tune into the stillness that surfaces after the chaos of the holidays and New Year. Illuminate your intentions to carry you through the winter and beyond.Together, we will flow to fuel the fire that will light up the next year and then we will pause. We will pause in a Shakti bath of purifying waters and reflect on what seeps in.
Movement to stillness, accompanied by your written word, a guided meditation and a blissful, deserved rest.
Please bring a notebook and pen, a soft blanket, and a special something, object or memento to infuse.
