Beginning by settling the body, we allow the unfolding of the naturally transcendent mind. Awareness supports mental clarity, compassion and presence; transforming the personal search for wellbeing and happiness into a benefit for all beings.


Classes will be Led by Helen Foster, a meditator and practitioner with over 40 years of experience.
