The transition to being a mother can be challenging and isolating for even the most “ready” and resourced woman. Reflecting and integrating our experience can help avoid prolonged mental/emotional health challenges, and free us up to be in authentic and healthy relationship with our selves, babies and partners. We will use mindfulness practices and art materials to:
- Learn practical tools for attending to your inner world even with minimal free-time
- Slow down, relax, tune in, explore and digest your experience of mama land so far
Note: Babies get to stay at home. This is mama time.
