Join us for an informational and inspirational afternoon speakers series on a variety of topics around living and aging well—nutrition, strength training for balance, agility and weight management, hip mobility, yoga for seniors, and more.

FREE, public event. Everybody welcome! 

Speakers Schedule:

2:00 PM – Key areas for Reversing Your Biological Clock such as stress management, muscle wastage, and the power of habit, with DAVID SHADBOLT

2:30 PM – Mobility of the ankles and feet, with SANDY LOGAN

3:00 PM – Inflammation: Causes for disease and aid in healing, with LISA MARIE BHATTACHARYA 

3:30 PM – Tea and cookie break 

4:00 PM – Yoga for aging well with JEFFREY SIMONS (of Seven Hills Yoga)

4:30 PM – Hip mobility with some basic exercises with  DAVID SHADBOLT
