We’ll explore why our personality (our small self) is not capable of loving itself. We’ll explore how attempts to build a teaching and practice of self-love on the personality are flawed from the start. We’ll then explore how Love of the self is actually the right path. All talks are donation based (suggested 10$ donation).
Nope, there's no mistake about the timing for this offering! Sadhana is a daily yoga or meditation practice of self-discipline that brings out your best. It is practiced during the ambrosial hours of the morning, from 4:30-7am. Aquarian Sadhana is offered at The Well once per month....
This talk will explore the concept of spiritual bypassing. We’ll also explore how to welcome and turn towards our feelings, even uncomfortable ones, and how that path is far more healing than bypassing them. All talks are donation based (suggested 10$ donation).

Join us for this first time offering of both kundalini and yin yoga on Bowen! We will start with a kundalini yoga practice (guided by Atma Karam) to unravel the blocks and resistance in the body and mind that hold us back from sharing our light, living our purpose, and being at peace. We’ll build the nervous system, strengthen the intuition, and listen to the body map. We’ll use the nourishing power of yin yoga (guided by Harmony Shire Davison) to access deeper layers of fascia to find stillness after movement and reconnect the body and mind.
