Join us for this first time offering of both kundalini and yin yoga on Bowen! We will start with a kundalini yoga practice (guided by Atma Karam) to unravel the blocks and resistance in the body and mind that hold us back from sharing our light, living our purpose, and being at peace. We’ll build the nervous system, strengthen the intuition, and listen to the body map. We’ll use the nourishing power of yin yoga (guided by Harmony Shire Davison) to access deeper layers of fascia to find stillness after movement and reconnect the body and mind.
Join us for a truly restful night of sleep and healing while listening to the gong play live. The gong brings a deep sense of peace and wellbeing which will be amplified during the full moon. We transition to early morning kundalini yoga to nourish the soul and finish with a light breakfast. All are welcome, of any age and any experience, to this special event.

In this two-part workshop weekend, including a Friday night presentation ($15) and Saturday and Sunday full-day workshops ($200, including presentation), participants will explore how our body is shaped within by the imaginal body, inspired by the writings of Karl Jung on alchemy and archetypes. Through experiential exercises with image and movement, we will work with ideas from somatic psychology, touch and movement practices so that we can deepen our understanding of how we are held in the world, and how through the body we can listen to the emerging voice within.
Come and practice outdoors on the Pier in Snug Cove on Saturday mornings, 9-10am, from June through September. Sweat & Stretch is a yoga-inspired fitness class with Lucia Arreaga. It pulls together top fitness principles and the best of yoga asana (postures) to build total body strength, increase flexibility, and develop greater body awareness. This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior fitness or yoga experience is required. Please bring your own mat; a set of light dumbbells is optional.

Learn the cultural aspects of a hand drum (Taywayagunn) during this two day workshop with Nathan Brass, Saulteux Native from the Key First Nation. Drawing on the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, Nathan will explore the spiritual significance, share how to develope an authentic emotional attachment, the physical creation & mental preparation of creating, caring for and properly utilizing a traditional hand drum.

A special 2 hour moon yin class with Harmony Shire Davison. The class will focus on balancing the body's fascia head to toe, wringing out the body, and creating space with breath. Join visiting artist Kristen Lewis for a memorable, joyful 3 days of dancing. The camp is segmented into 3 age groups: 4-6 year olds, 6-9 year olds, and 10-14 year olds. Kristen is an accomplished dance artist and experienced dance educator, with 7 years of teaching experience. She runs the Salt-Spring-based Children’s Dance Workshop. Kristen’s classes are fun, therapeutic, community-building experiences where students build core dance skills (technique, improvisation and dance-creation skills), in an environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, self-confidence and healthy body image.

Join Saskia Tait, and her 3-year old daughter, Annika Rabi, for an exploration of yoga in a fun, playful and safe environment.
